Stalin Empire vs. the Third Reich tour

Including Moscow city tour, Kremlin, visit to the Army, Air Forces and Armored Vehicles Museums, Red Army trophies during Nazi aggression, Stalin epoch evidence and banquet in Stalin’s Underground Command Center.

ITINERARY EXAMPLE

DAY 1

Arrival to Moscow. Transfer to hotel. Overnight.

DAY 2

After breakfast City tour around Moscow includes the White House of Russian government, Hotel “Ukraine” and Moscow State University – Stalin epoch skyscrapers, observation point on Lenin Mountains, Victory Square - the main place for all celebrations devoted to the World War II, large exhibition of weapons, Triumph Ark, Old and New General Stuff of Red/ Soviet/ Russian Army. Lunch. Visit to the Central Armed Forces Museum (Russian Imperial/ Red/ Soviet Army Museum) - 24 exhibition halls, representing military uniforms, weapons, decorations, banners of top famous regiments of Red Army and the Third Reich Army, personal belongings of Soviet and Nazi leaders including Zhukov and Hitler, outside exposition of armored vehicles, artillery, antiaircraft systems and battle aircraft. Dinner.

DAY 3

After breakfast tour around the Red Square - the place for all military parades, visit to unknown Soviet Soldiers’ Tomb, Lenin Mausoleum, Stalin and other Soviet authorities tombs, and then visit to Kremlin – the Kremlin Cathedral Square and the Armory Chamber or Diamond Fund. Lunch. Free leisure. Dinner.

DAY 4

Breakfast in the hotel. Excursion to the Tretyakov Gallery – the treasure house of Russian fine art. Lunch. Moscow Metro – the strategic defense bomb shelter wealthy decorated inside. Lubianka Square – Soviet epoch KGB center. Sightseeing along the Old Arbat Street. Dinner .

DAY 5

After breakfast visit to the Central Museum of Air Forces - Russian Imperial/Red/Soviet aircrafts in Monino, that depicts the Russian aircraft development history, and visit to Museum of Military Uniform (for surcharge). After lunch - free leisure. Dinner. Visit to the Bolshoy Theatre.

DAY 6

After breakfast visit to the World War History Museum of Armored Vehicles and Equipment - the biggest in the world collection of the Red and German Armies tanks and fighting vehicles including such unique samples as “Mouse” and “Adam” self-propelled fighting machines recently pained with their original color and marks. Back to Moscow. Lunch in Underground Command Center of Generalissimo Stalin with Georgian cuisine. Transfer to airport. Leave Moscow. Back to Moscow.  Transfer to airport. Leave Moscow.
