World history tours in Russia

Red Army vs. Japan Army

Including Moscow city-tour and visit to Kremlin, Tretiakov Gallery, The Army, Air Forces and Armored Vehicles Museums.

ITINERARY EXAMPLE

DAY 1

Arrival to Moscow. Transfer to hotel. Overnight.

DAY 2

After breakfast City tour around Moscow includes the White House of Russian government, Hotel “Ukraine” and Moscow State University – Stalin epoch skyscrapers, observation point on Lenin Mountains, Victory Square - the main place for all celebrations devoted to the World War II, large exhibition of weapons, Triumph Ark. Lunch. 

Visit to the Army Museum (Russian Imperial/Red/Soviet Army Museum). Dinner.

DAY 3

After breakfast visit to the World War History Museum of Armored Vehicles and Equipment - the largest in the world exposition of real tanks and fighting vehicles from all over the world including original and unique samples of Japan Armored Forces. 

Lunch. Sightseeing along New and Old Arbat Street. Dinner.

DAY 4

After breakfast tour around the Red Square - the place for all military parades, visit to Lenin Mausoleum, Stalin and other Soviet authorities tombs, magnificent St.Bazil’s Cathedral, and then visit to Kremlin – the Kremlin Cathedral Square and Armory Chamber – treasury of Russian Emperor Family. Lunch. Excursion to the Tretyakov Gallery – the treasure house of Russian fine art. Dinner.

DAY 5

After breakfast visit to the Central Museum of Federal Security Service (former KGB state secrete service). Lunch. Free leisure. Visit to the Bolshoy Theatre. Dinner.

DAY 6

After breakfast visit to the Central Museum of Air Forces - Russian Imperial/Red/Soviet aircraft in Monino. Lunch. Transfer to airport. Leave Moscow.
