Some Russian military or other restricted museums take the special permission for all foreigners, or even for Russian non-military visitors. Why? Learn more...

What is the standard procedure for the permission?

You send your passport ID, including DOB in advance and you receive your curator, the person of charge for the preparation of all documents for the permission. Qualified curator with the strong knowledge of the rules usually does receive the positive decision for the visit of the foreigner.
